I've been on a carb binge the past 2 days and have found air squats to be the most efficient way to bring down my BG when I see it trending up. Curious if others have discovered strategies for mitigating a spike...
I find if I take a "more luxurious" (longer) hot shower, my BG will rise sharply. Shorter shower = no spike.
Past 2 nights I spiked to 123 around 2am while sleeping. Have been exhausted/stressed from conference attendance, but not sure if that is the factor.
